Tim Pompey is a news writer, musician and poet living along California's Central Coast.
He wrote poetry for many years and was awarded the Still Waters Press Winter Poetry Award 2000 for his chapbook, Getting Through the Fog. His recent works include Shadow Country, Poets and Samurai, and a little mist.
He has been writing fiction for the last ten years. His collections of short stories include One Side Leads to the Other, Burnt by Sun, Blind Spot, Primitive Terrain, Deep Down, Nebraska, Migrations, and Dr. Bart & Other Strange Stories.
Collections include and novels include Freeland, Nightfly, The Perilous Paintings of Lily Day, Find Walter, Down the Road, Dream-scape, The Wild Chronicles, Dreams of Otis, and Crow's Eye. He has also published a children's book titled Mrs. Parsley and the Tale of Mossel's Farm and the follow-up, Mrs Parsley's Swamp Tales Volume I.
